Though they do not need to eat much, an eyelet generally will not be able to rest or use their oracle powers when they do not feel confident that there is food nearby. Eyelets are very mental-based creature, and require a peaceful atmosphere to use their powers.
Eyelets are generally very independent, and taking care of them is rather simple. They require space to perform meditation as well as exercise their powers. As long as they have a quiet space to do so, and the guarantee of food, they will be content. Bonds that are formed with eyelets may seem weak and empty, but this creature is surprisingly caring and concerned about those who cares for it.
