i do not think that this is allowed. pinkie pie is a Hasbro MLP character. and can't be used as someone's fursona/ character.

not really, they just can't be used as someones fursona. I've seen people make like pony art and such of them. but making them their character isn't allowed. i've seen mash-ups of characters, like rainbowdash mixed up with a charizard [can't remember that user's name]. but i don't think it's bad, no.
