I seriously regret catching a chatot in my pokemon X game.
Last night (somewhere around 11:30), just after a few seconds of wandering through a fire friend safari, I run into a shiny Charmeleon.
Immediately, I think of names for him and decided on naming him Incinerate.
So I switch out my lvl 85 Fennekin with the second lowest lvl pokemon in my party- Chatter, a lvl 41 Chatot.
So Chatter used Chatter on the Charmeleon, and got his hp down into the red. It also confused him.
The only thing that really bothered me was that I had no clue that the move Chatter can confuse foes.
...so basically after that I searched all night until 4:00 AM for a shiny charmeleon.
I didn't find one.
But I did find a shiny Magmar and managed to catch it (even though I almost ran away from it), I didn't bother to care and kept searching anyway.
......
I need to find another pokemon that can use fly instead of this chatot. .-.
