RockFall ( the cat) was always Cragg's ( the wolf) best friend. When RockFall died he came back as a ghost, but Isn't good at using his power. This power being able to turn being solid on and off, so if he eats things it often falls through him. Though He and Cragg are still friends, RockFall Is often jealous that Cragg can eat with ease.

By the way, Cragg has cake on his face.
