A new character I created.

Queen Talini is the mysterious queen of the Kayi Empire, or Kingdom of Drifting Snow. Her name means "Snow Angel" in Inuit.
Talini's cutie mark is composed of a piece of tattered parchment with a snowflake on it. On top of the paper is a small compass. She is also known to wear a tiara and a small piece of armor or decoration, but only on political occasions. It is said that she contains great power, but Talini has not yet discovered it.
