I finally gathered the courage to draw the miraculous Mae.

I'm actually pretty proud...

(Blu, sorry for the wings. I know they suck)

I like how the tail turned out -- and the shooting star. It's my first try at those. And rocks, and night skies, and Mae...XD All new to me.

Critique, please?

XD Thankies. Maybe I'll try something like this again...(Mae's color was really hard to get.) Oh, and one more new thing XD -- I used the dodge tool. I actually had no idea it was there until I used it today.

Haha, I use burn and dodge all the time, but I have to set it to a very low opacity. xD

Guess not. XD Oh -- the sky.

That was a fail. You see, it's modeled after something I'm doing in my private art class (wolf running along a dirt trail lined with tallgrass and in the with mountains, full moon, waterfall on mountains, and night sky in background), and the sky starts out almost black and blends to a lighter night-sky shade, but it looks more like it's raining. XDD
