Frame Rate cosplaying

I just went to Metrocon and so many vocaloids it was crazy, so im not a huge fan of anime girls and Frame has a red Scarf so i made her cosplay as Kaito, shes not a huge fan of the idea but it fits XD

Frame- Your....dead to me....you dyed my yellow streaks blue?! wheres my red scarf?!
