OMG YAY SHES AMAZING!!! But do you want a hint on a perfect cresent moon?? 030 You did a good job, but how to get the edges all nice and round? then keep reading!!

What I like to do is make a seprate layer OVER the coloring layer. Then I look at how big i want the cresent moon, i make the brush that size, and I have a big dot. Then I go to the eraser, make it about 5 layers smaller then the color layer you had on before, and then erase toward the middle. Then it'll kinda leave that cresent moon shape!! 030 sorry if this was hard to explain, I'll make some art to help for the future of your art!! :3 i'll link it here when its done.

I'll fix the moon ASAP ^-^ and for the wings.... Your rainbow has diffrent colors so it would look a little diffrent... It would be three feathers on the outside and three on the inside... I would have to remove one because you don't have the neon blue in your characters color pallet....
