I drew the nameless creature a while ago, but I only just found it again... If it were real, I would enjoy its company, honestly. I like snakes. I have some facts about it, here ya go

1. The wings aren' big enough to allow the creature to fly. The wings can elevate it only about 6", a foot if trained and practicing. The wings also can help it swim/slither quickly on land and water.

2. The gems on the tail-tip and forehead are separate powers. The forehead jewel enables the creature to speak telepathically to it's owner or companion, while the tail gem's ability is undetermined. Heck, it might not even HAVE an ability.

3. The creature's average length is 3', but some can grow up to 5'. The one pictured above is only 2 feet, however.

Any name suggestions, for the species or this guy in particular?
