Hiya chicken smoothie oekakiers! I'm on vacation right now and I had enough time to draw this tonight. This is a lil' quick picture of two of my characters. Delilah (left) is the spirit of all good in the universe. She's a child with an innocent mind and she normally wanders off in her dreams. One day her dream becomes reality. She finds herself in a starry area with nothing but a shining pool across from her. She bends down to see her "reflection." In this area it's said that there a mermaids that can cast a shield over the water making them look like the person in front of it. The mermaid in this case is named Vallerie. She was once a daughter of a royal king and was to be crowned queen on her 13th birthday. But instead her sister got jealous and cast her into a mermaid. When Vallerie sings it attracts Delilah towards the water and she starts to sing along. Then Delilah sees that her reflection is darker and much more different then she expected. She assumes that she is only seeing her bad side and continues singing. Soon Vallerie maintains control of Delilah. So for my next oekaki I might make a little sequel to this picture. Bye for now!
