uhh, finally finished -_- I've tried drawing this 3 times, and only this one came out alright ._.
Please ignore, I hardly tried on this

So, me and my friend wintershadow are planning on making a pony story, and I had to make the evil guy, so here he is c:
His name is M.E.G (we come up with the most random name idea's xD) So, yeah... I might change him a bit, but it all depends ^^
