Nothing beats an original! I don't think this of spoilers, but the first book in the second series (series is called The New Prophecy, book called Midnight) is REALLY BORING! I died reading it because it was so boring...

But when you get to Moonrise, the second book in the series, it all starts kicking off.


EDIT~ I've read ALL of the first series and most of the second series and my ALL TIME FAVOURITE warriors book Crookedstar's Promise. If you haven't read it you are missing out of everything! Crookedstar is my favourite cat.

(I finished the new prophecy and omen of the stars arcs, but I have one book to read in power of three and the main series. weird. i also read yellowfang's secret and crookedstar's promise - I'm looking forward to reading bluestar's prophecy.
and the first warriors book I read was sunrise.

Your really going to enjoy it, I've (Almost) read all of them and they are amazing, but the 1st series is my favorite if you ask me.
