No, the really badly drawn Crystals is not a 'cutie mark' It's just it's markings, while 'Cutie Marks' do go on the flank of the pony, this is obviously not a pony and is just markings to make the entry look for detailed. The power is 'Crystals'. Be creative about that, I have stuff in mind for this element, but right now, just come up with what you think this SD could do when you see it. ^^
