First, I'd like to say what I liked about your drawing. I thought the fur was fantastic! You had plenty on the neck, where it belonged, and little on the back, where it lies flat in real life. I love the shoulders! Most people overlook them and go straight onto the back. The ears were great, not to pointy but not to curved. The nose was a great shape too.
1. Face, nose
-Make sure the face is nice and short in comparison to the muzzle. Also, don't put the eye too low. The sooner you practice this, the easier it will stick in your mind. c:
-Great job with the nose! It's a perfect shape, just try and remember to add the nostril, so your wolf can smell. ;D
-Finally, adding detail to the face such as the short furs on the nose or fur near the eyes can help draw attention to the best part of a drawing, the head. ^^
2. Ears, Neck
-A top tip of mine is to never make the ears too pointy. Though you haven't done it here, it's a common mistake. Wolf ears are short and rounded at the tip, like in this photo:

-Great job with the neck! Often it is drawn too thin. But I would add some excess fur to show how furry it is. :3
3. Legs, Mouth, Whiskers
-Make sure that you don't over emphasis the shoulders. This can make the legs look blocky, and is best avoided.
-Your lips were fantastic, but I would suggest varying the thickness a bit at times.
-Finally, whiskers are a good addition, though not that important. They are common on wolves and large dogs. (Like my German Shepherd dog. :p)
