This is a very... very... very early Valentines gift to my best friend c: - pfft, only eleven days!
But anyways... I've drawn pictures for him before, and of course they all mean things, but this one... I wanted it to mean everything. He is my best friend. My other half. We laugh, we snip at each other. We watch movies until it's two in the morning. I tell him everything. I'm not lying when I say he's perfect, because he is, no matter how many times he denies it. We fit together, him and I. Yes, we both share a love for music, art, and, of course, The Lion King, but everything I want to convey is more than that.
If you're reading this, right now, I want you to know how loved you are, Mike, and that you're special, and that I can't wait to do everything with you for years to come.
And to everybody else out there... never forget how much people love you, and the people you love. It's easily one of the hardest things to forget when you're trying to get through a day. So even if you don't have that special someone to share a day of loving with, don't forget to tell you parents, your siblings, your friends, everyone, how much they mean to you. Do that, and you've found the true meaning of Valentine's Day. Even just a, "You're important to me" can brighten someone's day.
And with that, I will mention that this is probably one of the best pictures I've ever created and I hope he loves it as much as I do.
