Inspired by the Bi Polar weather here in Texas. As you guys may know it Snowed in Texas during the winter, but i didnt get to see it, but I felt it man! It was coldddd, so my picture is based on how the weather is here. Cold, but no snow. WHich is sad cause i love it so.

I used to live in Oregon, i lived in the small town near california and we got snow on my birthday. It was almost two feet deep! 83 Thankies by the way.
Haha it depends how creative and challenging the art is, I dont charge much. Just a simple token of graditude.
