@ ~Freedom~, To put it simply, its about the main character's (Pictured above) journey up a mountain. Her and those like her dwell at the very base of the mountain, and have never exited their territory and entered the three other element's territory, which are farther up the mountain. (I'll give you a hint, her element is "Mountain", which equals earth.) Something unexpected happens and she ends up having to traveling up the mountain (with a shady character I may add) through the unexplored territories of the other elements.

Aylen is friendly, adventurous, and brave. She can be strong-willed or stubborn, but doesn't enjoy leading. She can be a tad bit shy around strangers. She likes to explore the unknown, and it annoys her when she knows that information is being kept from her. She is typically playful and tries to keep others is a bright mood as well. She can be serious though, and 'goes with the flow'. She doesn't fear change, though she does have a bit of a fear of snakes.

Ater isn't the type you'd judge on appearance. He looks like the homely type, but he's not, he's quite the leader and loyal companion. He's very easy going when there's no threat to be taken care of. He's more of a single minded guy, always dealing with the problem at hand before he can continue on to something else. He'll do anything for his friends, even die if he must. He is one you feel you must respect, even if you've never held a conversation with him. He wears his skin well, and is confident in his own right.

Other:

Yes he is missing a leg, but this doesn't hinder him too much. He can keep up with any group, and will never let anyone tell him differently.

Tumil is very laid back and calm. If something up in the night wakes him up he is very calm about it. He is not scared easily, but he is not afraid to admit when he is. He's very modest and doesn't like being the center of attention. he can be shy, but he's very serious about life and doesn't make many jokes. But he does have a good sense of humor and can laugh.

Other:
His fur can change colors. See the lighter brown on his head? Sometimes it moves down his body, sometimes it is his entire color, sometimes it dissapears completely. The stripes on his legs sometimes change to the darker brown of his body. usually the fur changes aren't random. They usually have to do with his mood, but that's up for you to decide!
