How does his blood move if his heart is a purifier instead of a blood pump?

His heart is larger than most animals, and it does pump blood as well. The tubes lead directly into the heart tissue, and as the air passes through the tissue, it is purified before it goes onto the next tubes. So the heart doesn't actually have to do anything to purify the air. All the pollutants then go to his blood, and when they get to the small intestine, they pass through the walls and are eventually expelled. Good question, though!

When the muscle tissue of the heart purifies the air (that's what you ment right?) then the tissue would get kinda filty eventually. Right?

A bit, but like I said, the pollutants are gradually washed away by the blood and so on. The tissue is different than other cardiac tissue, and is much more resilient.

But (muhahaha! >: D) why filter the air if the filt will get into the blood enyways. If the blood washes the filt away the filt will get in the system anyways, right? (I might not compleatly understand what you say, my english isn't that good, maybe you've given the aswer already XD)

I have. When the blood circulates by the small intestine, the thin walls also allow the pollutants to pass into the intestine, and eventually they are expelled. (PLEASE do NOT ask me to explain THAT process. XD)
