Not furred, I just have no concept of drawing feathers. o_e

it's a small flightless feathery and scaled dragon based on jesters
it has long, tough scales surrounding it's neck for protection

they paint their faces in correspondence to their elemental breath
it's horns are striped in one dull colour matching it's fur, and a bright colour that corresponds to it's elements.
it's mane and nose scales are coloured like it's horns.

it has the unusual ability to kink it's tail, purely for fun.
they, as what they were based on, love to tell jokes, be silly, and even play harmless tricks on others.
