Thanks! c: I'm not that great at explaining things, but I just created a new layer above the normal colors and below the lines and colored the eyes in grey. Then I hit lock alpha and added shading type things and set it to multiply under the layer settings. After that I created another layer and added the white eye shine things. Sorry if that isn't very helpful. As I've said before, I'm awful at explaining things. ;w;
