All you have to do is delete the background layer (this layer thats atoumatically there when you open a new drawing)
Once deleted and the document is saved you right click on the image. Go to properties and there should be a URL. Copy it and close the pop-up.
Once copied you can post the image by using

.
To make the image transparent you will have to change auto to png:

You can also change the size by changing large to medium or small
