Just a quick reference for my character Giuliani. He is one of my first 'proper' characters.

He's a fuzzy/feathery cat like raptor like creature. I haven't drew him in almost 2 years, his neck should probably be longer but I can't find any art I did of him in years past. :C

He's a radical liberal who's bff is a radical conservative cat named Edward.
He's paranoid, a bit of a conspiracy theorist. Believes every "teh world is ending" prediction, then blames congress.
