I'm not a master artist,but I can help you with a few things:
The head needs to be a little longer
The mouth line needs to be a tiny bit longer
The ears need to be skinnier at the bottom
and here is just a suggestion,horse eyes are ovalish(yes I did say ovalish LOL) so try doing that

Very good job, I quite like it. My criticism is that you make the ears rounder, the eye smaller and less slanted to the front, the snout is much longer and the forehead to less high. Also I think you should put some definition of the muscles on the neck and the bones in the face to make it look more realistic. Mainly I would say don't be afraid to look at images of horse faces or skeletons to get an idea of the bone structure.
