This drawing.... it started as a pony (facial shape), breifly became a cat (ears), spent quite a bit of time as a bird (wings), almost ended as a bat (most of the final outcome), then became this..(Yeah, still looks a lot like a bat) intended to end it as a rodent/bird mix but..[and a terrible background ._.]

Didn't come out as good as I thought it would..
