how do you control it? where is it in oekakie? why haven't I heard of it? why isn't in on the oekakie guide? O.O.........

You control it with your tablet + pen, the harder you press your pen on the tablet the thicker the line
it is the clear or black dot beside brush size, opacity, and scattering. it isn't an actual tool
you might not have heard of it because it's an add-on to chibipaint/the oekaki and you have to download it on to your computer. it probably isn't in the oekaki guide because of that.
