I might be naming these guys Mistlings, so please no stealing the name or concept behind these guys!

I may edit this a bit later, but I quite like this... I've had the idea of these glowing figures of light and energy in my mind for awhile now, so no stealing this creature or it's species. I'd really appreaciate comments, or things to improve for next time! This was partially inspired by my Rune Dragon Bronwyn.
