Art for a JBD.

This is a JBD I am trying for, I named him Lyall and I hope I can win him :3 He is wearing striped socks on his back paws, mardi gras sparkly beads around his tail, ski goggles and a dogtag necklace. He also has rings in his ears, but those are more minor.
