In doodles, I do sketchy lines and out-of-the-lines coloring, as seen in this drawing and here. Don't expect in-the-line coloring, shading, etc. It's not gonna happen. :3
I'm also not so great at complex designs. I'll attempt 'em but you might end up with a crappy piece.
You can use the doodle where ever you want, I can make 'em transparent for ya, blah blah, just keep my signature on it.
You may not use real pictures, whether they are yours or not, for a reference. Sorry. There are numerous free line arts on this site to color in as a reference.
One more thing - after you order don't expect your doodle done in an hour. I (unfortunately) have a life that needs to be tended to. There is a high chance orders take a week to do, and I apologize in advance.

Perhaps you could do Ladala? She's my friend's character, but she's always looking for art of her characters, and she has none of Ladala so I thought it would be nice to get some for her. c: This is what Ladala looks like without items:
