this needs to be edited...? you arent allowed to completely copy a picture, its against the rules and is considered plagiarism even if you give the ref. the only pictures youre allowed to re-do are photographs.
sorry i just hate when people do this. its against the rules and such...

I've done that alot in the past and had noone say anything about it at all, I'll make it a bit more sloopy.
I haven't read the rules for quite a long time, I'll check them out.

wow kinda snarky there. it isnt for me. its for the site. its for the laws of this site and the internet and life in general. im just saying that when people completely copy the picture, it isnt your skills improving, its your ability to copy a picture improving, and that means your regular skills will be dull and you will have to rely on others' work constantly.
i also hate seeing people so blatantly break the rules when a lot of other pictures have been locked because of this. its unfair to those pictures that got locked and unfair to all the other pictures that are following the rules.
it isnt even just a rule on here, its a rule everywhere. you arent allowed to just completely copy a product and say that your skills are that of the person who made it in the first place and then release it to the public. copying is, yes, a way to improve, but it isnt meant to be shown to people in the form of actual art that you created.
once again, this shouldnt be edited for ME, and that is an obvious attack on me for stating the fact that you broke the rules, and its obviously meant to be rude. i tried not to be rude, and i dont very much appreciate the shout-out.
