Ice Pheonix

Well, title pretty much explains it. It's a Pheonix, who's element is Ice. Not really much else to describe about it...

OH! Except for the fact that if it has enough popularity, I'll turn it into an adoptable. That is, only if people are gonna want it and it won't go down the drain like all my others.

P.S. the timer is all-knowing... Kinda. I had Chibipaint open this long, but wasn't actually drawing this long.
