This is Limey the horse saying, "What in the world does Lock Alpha do?" because he knows that every time I try to do it, I cannot color any thing....i want to be able to color things without going into the background, but I cannot figure out LA.....any help?

Lock alpha allows you to lock in what has already been drawn in the Oekaki. In order for LA to be used effectively you need to have multiple layers created - on which various things have been sketched/colored. Once you have the bases for the lines, shading, and the coloring you can check the Lock Alpha box and then it will just fill in those drawn things. Does this help?
