:) (This post is littered with faces. beware.))

The numbers aren't there because you made a lot of mistakes, just because I wanted to section out different parts. :3

I understand you said not to mess with the nose and eye much, so I tried not to. I couln't give the eye the same look you did, but I tried. xP The only things I changed a bit was to add a bit of shape to the eye and lower it, because it was a bit too high.

Here we go~

1) The ears! there wasn't exactly that much there. It looks better if you end the ears, they're not that long. :3 Also, end the second ear, because it's on the other side of the head, it's bound to look a bit shorter.
2) The eye. :D It was good, you just needed to make it more round and move it down a bit. :)
3) The forehead- it was good, but again, round it. :P
4) Eh. Nothing really wrong here, except that the nose should start slanting inward at the bottom, not outward. If it does go outward, set it inward at the base, like I did, the muzzle isn't round! ;D
5) The mouth... it comes from the top of the mouth, if you get what a mean. Instead of starting the mouth from the bottom, start it from the top. Also, I don't think wolves usually have their teeth showing. If you want that though, it doesn't need to be quite so large. Next number~
6) again, the muzzle isn't round. The muzzle is fairly thin and angular. Nothing else wrong, good job. :)
7) No offense, but I wasn't sure if that big slanty thing was another layer of fur or not. If it was, it goes along the same curve of the inner fur tuft, but doesnt go out so far or start so far out. If I made a mistake in my judgement, let me know, beccause again... no offense, but I couldn't reallt tell. ._.
8) The cheek tuft doesn't start so far back, and isn't so angular. it kinda flows. :)

Overall, I think one of your problems was that the layers were messed up. Once this is approved, I'll add your name so you can look at the layers and see what happened. I didn't delete your layers. :P

The most simple way to do layers is to do this-

1)lines
2)color
3)BG

Also, I looked at your gallery, and I didn't see much art completely by you. I'd love to see more. ^^ I think you have some potential. :3

Also, sorry for any mistakes. I tried to go back and fix them, but I'm really tired right now. xD
