Instead of telling them that it isn't good enough, which will do nothing to help, why not ask a mod if it isn't intermediate worthy? :3

Well, let me give some tips. You should use pen,with 77% Smoothing for the lines. And the should needs to be placed higher, the leg back more. The shading should be less vibrant, and not as much in the face. I hope this helped c;

I think the shoulder is actually fine, but I agree that the shading is too much. Maybe lessen the opacity? Also, this is really good! I can't draw cats very well at all! D:
