Okay. I love how this turned out because I was thinking that I'd never really get the hang of chibi cats xD
So basicly someone [You can choose who] kidnapped Jayjay, put a gag around his mouth, gave him a party hat and farted :c
Thats the breif version of my explanation =D
Okay, the white bits on his fur are part of the style not mistakes.
