About the species
The female of this species is suppose to be the most dominate, protecting their young like a mother bear. They tend to be fluffier than males and their tails are long and bushy, signaling their status among their clan. If a females tail is cropped short they will have little to no status within their clan and are usually outcast.
The males wear colorful and attractive beads and feathers to signify their status among their clan. The most colorful male will usually be the alpha male well the longest tailed, strongest female would be the alpha female though the two don't necessarily have to be mates to be alpha male and female.
The species tends to be about the size of a domesticated cat or larger and they grow quickly, taking only three months to mature fully. They can breed at the age of two months and are given their status among the clan when they are three weeks old.
Breeding
Breeding is extremely difficult for this species and when a kit is born it is truly a thing to behold. They are as small aa chicken's egg and extremely fluffy with wide eyes and large, stubby feet. Their ears are just about as big as their head and their eyes are about as large as their paws. They never lose their teeth durring maturity, so the only thing to mar the cuteness of the little kits is the large - and very sharp - teeth that protrude from their upper and lower jaws.
