This concept is truly not my own, but its in support of a group on deviant art called BA-Pack stemming from another group (the creator of this species, which I will elaborate on), Fur into Feathers. Above is actually a species called the Banines. They are canines that can transform into birds. I took some creative liberties and tried to do a rendition of what them actually transforming would look like.

For the chicken smoothie portion of this we have this guy:



This is the model I used for the canine portion of our banine here. I used his colors for most of the entire thing. I then made his feathers counterpart a coopers hawk. The only rule for banines (regarding coloring) is that you must cross the patterns and colors of the species, and this is a very very loose rule. Generally a banine will have more dominant canine or bird markings. Very few are completely in the middle of the spectrum. Our model here is more canine dominant (especially if you know what a cooper's hawk looks like XD)

It looks awesome ^_^ THe only thing that would make it look a little better to me is if the tail on the dog before the shift was a little longer, but that is just my opinion.
It looks really good; and the concept looks awesome too!

Just a idea, I think it would look cool if the birds talons were put forward, like its hunting. But is is really awsome, youi should make these with other cs pets.
