Not too bad! (u should've seen my first post...O.O it was sooooo much worse.) The next thing I would recommend using is the smoothing tool. It should be on the right side of your screen, where you can adjust the opacity, brush size, etc. hope this helps.

I love it! Same with DuckyofAwesome the Smoothing tool makes is look allot cleaner, although I suggest not going over 50 with it or else it gets a bit hard to draw with it.
