i drew a picture of my dog cookie she's not exactly like that, she's a chinese creasted powder puff (NO THAT'S NOT THE UGLIEST DOG ON EARTH!) and a toy poodle mix (sorry for the yelling, i don't want you thinking it is the ugliest dog XD)

Its great! But,if you want the fur to look a little more realistic, Click the dodge tool,set the thickness to 1, and do loads of lines as you have done. Do the same for the Burn tool.. Then click the smoothing,set it to thickness of 1 and smooth the lines If you want,you can also use the dodge tool again,set it to a low opacity and the largest thickness,and do it all over the fur This just helps to make the fur smoother and more real-looking
