It's nice, but I have a few things ~

~ The head is an odd shape
~ The legs are bent awkwardly
~ The eyes are two different sizes
~ The body is to roundish, the chest part should thicker and the stomach part a bit thinner
~ The wings are too round as well, they should connect better with the owl's body
~ The head is sort of tilted too

Not trying to be mean either.
