Well for the string on the necklace you should of used a smaller pen, You should make a black outline for the eye patch and thing on the end of the necklace. As for the extra leg you should of had the pen smoothing set on 70 so that way it would of been less bumpy.
Any ways besides that its a pretty good simple design.
