This is so great! I have not seen this style yet on Oekaki. Love the semi realism with popping colors and subtle lines. Your shading is great, I like how you can keep the shape and idea of the cat without using any lineart or black. I really like the wide jaw and cheek fur, it makes him look more impressive! One thing I'm not a big fan of though is the lack of ear depth. But I do really like how the fur "flips up" at the base where the ear attaches to the head. At first glance, I didn't really like the back fur, but as I looked closer I saw the slight blur, texture, and fade of the white... which is great! Love subtle details. I really like the scar on his brow, you did very well at the shading and I like how it goes with the lines of his face. I'm a bit disappointed though with the blood in the mouth, it looks a bit stiff and not nearly as liquid as the blood above the eye. I like your simple background with the faint texturing! Excited to see more from you!
