I just took Horse Riding Lessons this morning, so I really like this ^^ ! The face structure is amazing! I love it!

^^ thanks <3 I was actually inspired by my riding lesson the other day: it was the first one in two years, and it was raining while we were outside. I loved it :3

_Shierr_, haha, it's easier to say than do. I'm a fail, therefore attempting to draw something relatively realistic usually doesn't work out, as you can see here. Perhaps myy next drawing will be a little better Thanks a lot for the criticsm though: it helped a lot <3

No, what I meant was that it is too dark. It needs some light. Like white in the corner of the eye or some more light on the edge. A lighter sopt, so it would look more lifelike. Now it's too deep a colour and that is what makes it look demonic (not lifelike). I'm not calling your horse a demon, because I really doubt it doesn't have any white or light in its eyes.

_Shierr_, merr, I don't want white in the eye: it would stand out too much from the dark background and the horse's coat. I don't want too much attention on the eye...

wow! This is really good! I'm not even kidding, this is great!! It looks pretty realistic to me and very cute! Also, this is an amazing idea for a scene. The dark,gloomy, background really makes the two new friends stand out.
Love it!!

If I had to say some criticism, I'd say the bottom part of the lip is a little small and square-ish.
