the snowy tundra was shining under the mid-afternoon sun, the glaciers like many blue crystals, all packed closely together.

all silent except the soft crunching of fresh snow underneath large paws. like a prideful monarch of their kingdom, aqualina walked across the icy wasteland with confident strides, taking note of the newfallen snow. nothing new, nothing out of the ordinary. the cracks forming on the glacier wall however? that was something new.

ears perked with interest, the lilac furred creature stepped nearer towards the structural deformity of the ice wall, noticing that it was not just a mere crack - there was an opening where it had been solid ice before, grand enough to fit two kalons at once. of course, being of the curious kind, aqualina poked their nose into this oddity, slipping into the icy cavern only to make a rather stunning discovery.

the sunlight going through the semi-transparent surface of the ice gave the ice an aquamarine glow, illuminating the crystalline cavern, a beautiful sight to behold, aqualina noted as they watched with mouth agape, thinking that it was high time to move their den somewhere with a prettier view.
