Meaning: Ivar is a Scandinavian name meaning "bow warrior" or "archer." I chose this name for a couple of reasons, the first being the scars over the eye. He looks like he'd gotten into a fight, hence the "warrior" part of the name. Archer and bow seemed to fit, as the horn atop his head reminded me a bit of the Daedric weapons from the Elder Scrolls! A Daedric bow was the first thing that came to mind. Although not exact, it's where my mind went. xD
