My favorite way to practice self care is to take a shower! It's simple but always makes me feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day!

I practice selfcare by finding a nice single player video game with a good story. I can spend hours doing that to recenter myself and relax! Another one of my favorites is to take my dog for a walk when I'm feeling particularly stressed out and anxious.

My favorite form of self-care is listening to my favorite tunes and playing video games - sometimes with the added bonus of making a little snack platter for myself of some of my favorite foods, like olives, cheese and cured sausage!

My cat is very good at helping me with self-care; she likes to sit on or near me while I lie down, and her purring is so relaxing!
