Loki resonates quite well with Thor’s trickster brother. He finds himself always getting in situations he shouldn’t be in, and usually saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. Because of this, Loki tends to make jokes about his poor choices and when people laugh, they forget what just happened ten seconds ago. He loves to watch the world burn (respectfully), doing little things to put people on edge or confuse them with his lingo.
Loki also believes he is similar in looks to the dark haired trouble maker. He has piercing gold eyes filled with mischief, quite in contrast to his dark colored coat. The Advent of Fire led to great divergence within the world; a battle of heat and cold, light and dark, life and death. With darkness brought humanoid creatures-- the Hollow, a curse affecting groups of undead whose minds are filled with fears. During the process of hollowing each death erases some parts of memory and at the end only madness persists. After absorbing the power of souls found near the First Flame in order to grow stronger in this new alien world, four figures eventually rose to power to lead the Hollow in their battle with The Ancients, a mass of archtrees and everliving dragons: Gravelord Nito, the Witch of Izalith, Gwyn, the Lord of Sunlight, and the Furtive Pygmy.

These Lords were quick to prevent the Ancients from bedeviling their growth, choosing their homeland Lordran as their centre. Bonfires lit across the city linked directly to the First Flame, but with time it had started to fade. In a panic of losing their power and falling into an Age of Dark, Gwyn tried various ways to keep this Flame alight. Shepherding humans and using their humanity to keep the Flame going, he eventually gathered a detachment of his knights into the Kiln of the First Flame. Finding no other solution, Gwyn sacrifices himself to the Flame, obliterating the Kiln and leaving his knights to wander as disembodied spirits forever.

A twisted soul steeped in strength; an amalgamation and deific manifestation of all the previous Lords of Cinder whose role is to defend the First Flame and ensure that it stays lit. Sat in front of her twisted sword, laying in wait for whoever may be so foolishly brave enough to try and end the cycle of rebirth and undead.



The Soul of Cinder takes on the appearance of a tall knight whose armor is battle worn and charred, deep red and brilliant orange embers swirl around her– a visual reminder of the souls sacrificed in order to keep the Flame going. Her weapons, abilities, and magic come from her very bodily components– those who had sacrificed themselves in order to ensure that the Age of Fire did not plunge into darkness, allowing her the powers of fire, utilitarian miracles, and splintering bolts of lightning.

At some point the Soul of Cinder is met by the Ashen One– a lone Hollowed knight encouraged to keep the Flame lit throughout the lands. Their main goal is to kill the Soul of Cinder, therefore ending the Fire Flame cycle and freeing the undead of their abhorrent curse. Using everything they have the Soul of Cinder defends the Kiln, but unfortunately perishes to this new contender. Their soul is granted to the Ashen One, ultimately freeing not just the Soul of Cinder, but every Hollow cursed individual and Lord who had dedicated themselves to progressing the Age of Fire.

He can be a lot to handle at times, and is always doing whatever he wants around the kennel or training field. This made his first owners quickly grow tired of working with Mugi and he was then transferred to Kingfisher Crossing.

xxxxxThe trainers discovered that he was very food oriented to almost his own detriment. He would find his way to the food storage, (despite it being in a separate locked building!) and feast until someone found him sleeping with a full stomach. Mugi gained the nickname of Iron Stomach because regardless of how much he ate, it never affected him for long.

xxxxxMugi soon became top dog in the kennel, even gaining the respect of Smoke who notoriously likes very few others. He will lead them in mini revolts against the trainers when play time is over, and even sneak extra treats for his friends.

xxxxxWhen it comes to competitions though, Mugi shines like the sun. He becomes very serious and won’t let anything distract him from doing his best. It always shocks the trainers the first time they see him work because they believed he gained nothing from practice but in fact he was learning intently from his own sessions as well as watching the other dog’s practice. Even if he loses a competition, Mugi doesn’t seem to let it keep him down and is eager to get back out there to try again.

xxxxxIn One Piece, Luffy is very selfish. He knows what he wants; food, freedom, and the title King of the Pirates, and he doesn’t care who he pushes past to get to those things. What is interesting about his character is that his ideals are actually very selfless. Those Luffy fights in battle are typically rulers and villains who also don’t care who they push through to get to their goals. He will defeat these opponents because they stand in his way and ultimately save those who were hurt because of them. So Mugi was named after Luffy from One Piece due to his chaotic selfish and selfless tendencies.

He is definitely the main character, but at the beginning of the film he seems more like a villain than a hero. He is spoiled, selfish, and more than a little bit rude.

Our Kuzco loves toys but he absolutely destroys them! If we don't replace them within a day or two he begins stealing from the other dogs and wrecking their stuff, which is quite traumatic for the softer-mouthed Collies who keep their precious plushies and other goods seemingly for their entire lives.

He loves to flirt with the ladies but doesn't care for any of them in particular and has broken a number of hearts already in his short time here.

While he doesn't talk, he does love to chuff and grumble whenever given commands, even those times when he chooses to reply. We can practically hear him calling us 'peasants'.

Not only that, but he has literally NO respect for personal space. It's kind of ignorant, but if another animal (dog, cat, even a person!) is in 'his spot' he will growl to order them to move and if they don't he will just plop down right there and squish them! In his mind, all property belongs to him. Anyone who sits in the seat by the window is an intruder -- at least that's what he seems to think.

While I would like to say that he's experienced as much character growth as the emperor in the movie, that isn't true... yet. Although we keep hoping he will come around!
