why're they so grumpy?: People keep mistaking them as the pet of the devil, and of course, those words got to them. They let their emotions pile up and the insults pile up, until they couldn’t take it anymore. They are actually very nice, but since people cannot see them for what they truly are, they just accept it, and become the rumours.

Michael slowly made his way down the narrow staircase of the shared three bedroom house. With each step, a loud creak would rise from the old wooden stairs that were slanted with age. His heavy lidded eyes were half closed, his fur bristled and sticking up in different directions. He hadn't bothered getting dressed or brushing his fur. He had a craving that had begun when he first woke up that needed to be addressed first.

Rounding the corner and crossing the barrier into the kitchen, he pulled the refrigerator door open. He looked to the familiar place where he kept his early morning prize; peach yogurt. A stone sank into his stomach as he realized it wasn't where he usually placed them. Quickly he scanned the fridge, moving things haphazardly out of the way, becoming more frustrated as he couldn't find a single trace of yogurt. The stone turned to burning coal as his anger ignited. He took a deep breath in and let it out forcefully, shutting the refrigerator door hard. "Vaughn!" He yelled for his roommate, who gave a muffled 'what' in reply. "I've told you a thousand times! Do not touch my dang yogurt!" he huffed.
