Jewel Thinks on this for a bit, She felt like she has a fairly positive self image but she also believes that it is good to constantly better yourself. She contemplates what she should do, maybe a day to reflect would do her some good? Maybe she isn't as kind to herself as she thought she was. At the end of the day she realized that it is best to balance your self image and your self improvement, neither are good if off balance. No one likes a person who is too full of themselves and its also not good to have such a poor self image that you don't believe in yourself.
