Prompt: This young warrior’s mother immediately knew Hawk would be the first part of this kits name. Her brown fur reminded her mother of the hawks that circled overhead on the morning she was born. The Frost in her name came from the fact that this kitten was born in fall. When the kitten was old enough to wander outside, it was cold and frosty. The other kittens in the nursery wanted to go back inside and stay warm, while little Hawkkit, at the time, just wanted to run and play. Her little paws slipped on the forming ice and she loved it.
