Celeste likes it so much because of how peaceful it is. In the summer this is when Fireflies would come out more, the hustle and bustle of the city calms to a slow pace. And the lights turn on illuminating the city like stars.
Celeste goes to a large field far away from the city to watch the sun set, the colors shifting from sky blues,vibrant purples, pinks and reds, into darker forms of themselves slowly creeping into darkness as the stars seemingly pop into existence one by one.
